14. Caesar Potato Salad


1 (24 oz.) pkg. Klondike Gourmet Potatoes

½ cup Johnny’s Caesar dressing

½ cup chopped cooked bacon

4 Tbsp. red onions, chopped

Johnny’s Seasoned Sea Salt

Parmesan Cheese, freshly shaved or shredded


  1. Wash the potatoes, cut each potato in quarters. Add to a large pot of salted water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Drain. Place in a bowl.
  2. Add bacon, red onions, and Caesar dressing. Toss to coat, and season to taste with the Johnny’s Seasoned Sea Salt.
  3. Refrigerate 2 hours to overnight, or until well chilled. Serve with parmesan cheese.
