Baked Zucchini Chips
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. Johnny’s Seasoning Salt
1/4 tsp. Johnny’s Garlic Spread and Seasoning
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 Tbs. milk
2 1/2 cups zucchini sliced 1/4 thick (typically two small zucchinis)
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, Johnny’s Seasoning Salt, Johnny’s Garlic Spread and Seasoning and ground pepper in a medium bowl. Stir ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
- Put milk in a shallow bowl. Using a fork, pick up a slice of zucchini and briefly submerge in milk and then in breadcrumbs, coating both sides.
- Place on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until browned and crisp. Serve immediately.
