Baked Potato Wedges with Garlic Spread and Parmesan Cheese

16. Potato Wedges

Ingredients

4 to 5 Klondike Goldust Potatoes

Olive oil

Johnny’s Garlic Spread

Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Scrub potatoes well. Slice into wedges and place in a large bowl or plastic bag. Add a little olive oil and toss well to coat the potatoes. Pour out onto a foil-lined baking sheet.
  2. Sprinkle potatoes generously with the garlic spread seasoning and the parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake at 450°F for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown. Don’t stir while cooking.
