Baked Potato Wedges with Garlic Spread and Parmesan Cheese
4 to 5 Klondike Goldust Potatoes
Johnny’s Garlic Spread
- Scrub potatoes well. Slice into wedges and place in a large bowl or plastic bag. Add a little olive oil and toss well to coat the potatoes. Pour out onto a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle potatoes generously with the garlic spread seasoning and the parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 450°F for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown. Don’t stir while cooking.
