Bacon & Cheese Stuffed Waffles


  • 1 batch waffle batter
  • 3 eggs, scrambled
  • 3 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp. Johnny’s Organic Seasoned Pepper


  1. Heat a waffle iron. Prepare waffle batter.
  2. Pour waffle batter into waffle iron and top with equal amounts scrambled egg, bacon, cheese, and Johnny’s Organic Seasoned Pepper. Sprinkle with parsley.
  3. Cook until waffle is golden.
  4. Serve warm and with desired syrup.
