Oven-Roasted Corn on the Cob

INGREDIENTS:

6-8 Unhusked ears of corn
1 tsp. of Johnny’s Seasoning Salt or Johnny’s Parmesan Garlic per ear

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Do not husk the corn but rinse ears if desired.
  3. Place cobs directly on oven rack, laid out in a single row.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and cover with Johnny’s Seasoning Salt or Johnny’s Parmesan Garlic.
