Crock Pot Roast

Ingredients

3 lb chuck roast
Johnny's Seasoning Salt, to taste
Johnny's Seasoned pepper, to taste
1 oz dried onion soup mix
1 onion, diced
3 gold potatoes, diced
3 large carrots, sliced
½ cup water
Fresh Rosemary (optional)

Directions

1. Place the roast in a 7-quart slow cooker/crock pot and season with Johnny's Seasoning salt and pepper.
2. Sprinkle the onion soup pack and top with chopped onion, carrots, potatos and 1/2 cup of water.
3. Cook on low setting for 8 hours, or on the high setting for 4-5 hours.
4. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs. Serve.
